It's important to keep your boiler service record up-to-date. For newer boilers, annual servicing maintains warranties offered by boiler manufacturers.
BOILER AND RADIATORÂ INSTALLATION
Looking to replace your boiler and/or radiators? I will assess your property, and offer a competitive quote. I can advise on boiler types, brands and models and positioning within your home.
LANDLORD SAFETY CHECK
As a landlord, you know the importance of annual Landlord Safety Checks and the record that is provided. I can provide this service to landlords with one property and those with a wider property portfolio.
REPAIRS
We all know that from time-to-time, things don't run quite as we'd like them to. I will visit your property and assess the problem endeavouring to fix the problem there and then. When this isn't a solution I'll advise the best option, whether that's to order parts or help with choosing a new boiler. Most problems can be solved with a simple fix!
